Realme highlighted significant enhancements in four key areas: Real Design, Real Fun, Real Seamless, and Real Safe. Notable improvements include the introduction of new and intuitive icons, adopting a card-styled layout for enhanced user experience. Realme UI 4.0 has been optimized to provide a 10 percent boost in performance and approximately five percent extended battery life during gaming.

Key features of Realme UI 4.0 include a revamped design with 30 redesigned icons featuring enriched colors for a vibrant aesthetic. The layout has been reconfigured, placing text and controls together to reduce information overload. Additionally, Realme UI 4.0 offers 79 new facial features for Omoji virtual avatars, allowing users to personalize their avatars with various facial shapes, skin tones, makeup styles, hairstyles, and accessories.

The Smart Always-On Display (AOD) feature provides users with extensive controls for Spotify music without requiring phone unlocking. Users can also check Zomato food delivery information while AOD is active. Realme UI 4.0 introduces an Insight AOD mode that tracks phone locks and unlocks throughout the day.

Realme claims a 10 percent improvement in performance and a 4.7 percent increase in battery life during gaming. The UI supports running up to 18 apps simultaneously and features Quantum Animation Engine 4.0, enhancing the responsiveness of gestures and predicting user gestures. The update includes large folders and home screen widgets. The Multi-screen Connect feature enables seamless interaction between Realme phones, Realme tablets, and compatible PCs.

Realme UI 4.0 introduces new security features, including Auto Pixelate, which automatically blurs personal information in screenshots, eliminating the need for manual editing before sharing. The Private Safe feature has been upgraded to use Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) for enhanced protection of personal data, including photos, videos, documents, and more.
